Joining as a Senior Bid Writer you will play a crucial role in securing contracts through the preparation and submission of compelling bids for public procurement opportunities. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to possess a strong understanding of procurement processes, exceptional writing and research skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Daily responsibilities may include…

• Interpreting tender documentation to fully understand the requirements.
• Write and edit comprehensive, persuasive, and compliant bid proposals in response to public procurement invitations. Conducting thorough research and interviews.
• Editing and proofreading as needed.
• Collaborating and liaising with internal stakeholders proactively to meet project/ bid deadlines.
• Collaborating with graphic designers, and other professionals on large and small-scale bids/proposals.
• Collaborating and liaising with architectural teams and occasional external stakeholders to proactively meet project/ bid deadlines.
