Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring robust, accurate, and timely cost and value reporting.
• Ensuring accurate cash flow reporting.
• Carrying out cost management, including forecasting.
• Updating the monthly CVR, cost, and commercial plans.
• Ensuring effective communication between the commercial and operational site teams.
• Maintaining positive working relationships with clients.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Civil Engineering industry.
• Working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 forms of contract.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
