Key Responsibilities:

🏗 Project & Team Management
✔ Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors on residential and hotel projects.
✔ Act as Employer Agent and Quantity Surveyor, ensuring high-quality project execution.

📊 Cost Planning & Tendering
✔ Prepare cost plans, valuations, and tender documents.
✔ Ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting for projects.

🤝 Client & Business Development
✔ Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
✔ Identify business development opportunities to expand the company’s reach.

🏢 Professional Representation
✔ Uphold company standards and policies, representing the firm in a diligent and professional manner.
✔ Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.

Required Experience & Skills:

✅ Proven experience managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
