Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Skanska, a leading global project development and construction group, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Anglian Water Infrastructure team in Peterborough. Skanska is an inclusive and responsible business committed to building a better society.

In this role, you will ensure accurate cost and value reporting, forecasting, and mitigation of adverse financial impacts for the @one alliance. You will also ensure all costs are appropriately captured and allocated, implement robust commercial processes, and provide timely and meaningful operational commercial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting to mitigate financial impacts

• Capture and allocate costs effectively across the alliance

• Identify, report, and escalate commercial risks with appropriate mitigation

• Assist the Commercial Lead with operational commercial reporting requirements

• Self-assure commercial data and contractual processes

Requirements:

• Awareness of NEC3 forms of contract

• Experience working in a complex matrix team environment

• Knowledge of relevant construction and contract law

• Full UK driving licence

• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
