Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Experienced Senior QS to manage the roadworks commercial workstream, managing all costs and income within their workstream on the A57. With experience to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

Who we're looking for

The Following Qualifications Or Their Equivalent Are Essential
 

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent knowledge
• MRCIS/MCInstCES/MCIOB or working towards them
• CSCS Card (Professional Qualified Person)
• Experienced working on Highways Infrastructure or other relatable Civil Engineering Schemes.
• Experienced working for a Principal / Main Contractor or a Tier 2 Regional Contractor.
