Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia.

We work and have very well established relationships with the globes leading FinTechs I.E. Quant/Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups!

Candidate Attributes:

• Proven end to end Technology and/or Finance, Change and Transformation recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive talent

• Experience leading a team desirable but not mandatory

• Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness

• Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
