Although you’ll have the opportunity to work on some live roles from the start, we’re really looking for a relationship-focused recruiter who is comfortable building and growing their own desk.

You’ll be working alongside a team of experienced consultants and reporting to a Divisional Manager with extensive sector knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with recruitment experience who is driven, ambitious, and motivated to succeed—both professionally and financially. Sector-specific experience isn’t essential; what matters most is your ability to thrive in a 360 recruitment role and build lasting client and candidate relationships.

This is a full 360 role, meaning you’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from developing and nurturing relationships to placing candidates and establishing a strong, growing desk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote your personal brand across social, phone, and email channels
• Conduct candidate interviews and match talent to live roles
• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Map and source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
• Take ownership of your desk and grow it strategically over time
