Responsibilities And Impact
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with Japan’s commercial banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring trust and sustained client satisfaction.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations, addressing specific challenges faced by Japanese financial institutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and client support, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for Japanese clients.
- Develop in-depth understanding of the Japanese competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and client needs.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service and client relationship quality.
Basic Required Qualifications
- 3-10 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or technology solutions
- Native-level Japanese (written and spoken) and business-level English communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach
