Description:
The client deliver structural and thermal analysis expertise across the whole product lifecycle from studies in the early concept stage and detailed development of engineering designs to manufacturing concessions and in-service support.
What we're looking for from you:
- Degree qualified in a relevant engineering / science discipline or have significant experience in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural Analysis etc.).
- Proven experience in estimating, planning, leading and delivering a variety of structural analysis work packages, using both classical hand calculation methods and CAE tools (Hyperworks desirable).
- Demonstrated ability in preparing and presenting comprehensive technical reports, conveying complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Proactive and passionate about developing and improving methods, processes and tools.
- Able to mentor and support junior engineers providing technical expertise and fostering their professional growth.
- Self-motivated individuals who are great problem solvers, can take responsibility and work independently as well as a part of multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to network, influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Composite stress analysis experience would be an asset.
- Willingness to obtain and hold DV clearance will be an asset.
