Senior Surveyor

Description:

We're looking for a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director to join our London office and lead valuation work across London and the South East.

The role:
- RICS Red Book valuations for secured lending and private clients
- A varied caseload across residential, HMO, mixed-use and commercial property
- Working directly with banks, specialist and bridging lenders, panel managers, investors and private clients

What you'll need:
- MRICS with at least 2 years' PQE (Residential and Commercial)
- RICS Registered Valuer (or eligible)
- Secured lending valuation experience and good knowledge of the London and South East markets
