Senior Technical Project Manager

Description:

The Academic Registrar’s Division (ARD) Systems Team at LSE is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and enhance key enterprise-wide platforms, primarily Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, supporting Recruitment, Admissions, and Extended Education Services.

This role is an integral part of LSE’s largest Business-Led Technology Team, responsible for core systems including SITS (Student Records System), Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce. As a key enabler of LSE2030 strategy, the Salesforce platform plays a crucial role in advancing the institution’s digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Enterprise Project Management

• Lead and deliver large-scale technical projects focused on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Oversee implementation, enhancement, and integration of LSE’s core platforms.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

✅ Agile Development & Higher Education Solutions

• Utilize Agile methodology for iterative project delivery and improvement.
• Ensure alignment with Higher Education frameworks and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ARD Systems team.

✅ Technical Leadership & Strategy Execution

• Support the LSE2030 strategy through digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams, faculty, and administrators to optimize system functionality.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Proven experience in enterprise-wide project management.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Higher Education IT solutions.
✔️ Expertise in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and SITS (preferred).
✔️ Proficiency in Agile methodology and project execution.
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
