Senior Technical Project Manager

VIPLAND, a luxury wellness organization based in London, is seeking an exceptionally qualified Senior Technical Manager to lead and advise its health and aesthetics operations. This critical leadership role is designed for a highly accomplished professional with a Doctorate (PhD) in Health Education and at least 20 years of proven experience in the health, beauty, or medical aesthetics industry, gained either locally within the UK or internationally.

As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be the principal authority overseeing and ensuring the quality, safety, and innovation of all clinical and operational practices across the business. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the Director, contributing high-level insights that influence the company’s direction, development, and service excellence in luxury health and beauty services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate all clinical and operational procedures, ensuring adherence to safety standards, industry regulations, and internal policies

• Deliver strategic and technical advice directly to the Director to inform decisions related to service innovation, infrastructure, and risk management

• Conduct regular monitoring and audits of advanced aesthetic and health-related services to uphold compliance and service integrity

• Provide leadership in staff development by identifying training needs and facilitating continuous education aligned with evolving industry standards

• Support innovation by evaluating new technologies, equipment, and clinical methodologies to enhance patient outcomes and service quality

• Maintain and enforce best practices in hygiene, safety, customer interaction, and aftercare, ensuring an exceptional and safe experience for all clients

Requirements:

• Doctorate (PhD) in Health Education — This is a mandatory qualification

• A minimum of 20 years of relevant industry experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare sectors

• Demonstrated leadership and advisory capabilities, ideally within luxury, clinical, or high-end aesthetic environments

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, health standards, and aesthetic treatment protocols

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively
