Senior To Associate Level Landscape Planners

Description:

Pegasus Group is seeking experienced and driven Landscape Planners, from Senior to Associate level, to join its Birmingham-based Environment team. The organization operates across the UK and is recognized for delivering high-quality, sustainable development services.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping strategic development through landscape planning. Responsibilities include conducting Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs), Townscape and Visual Impact Assessments (TVIAs), greenbelt and greybelt assessments, and landscape appraisals. You will support the creation of mitigation strategies and deliver planning documents essential for major development proposals, including those progressing through planning appeals involving barristers.

Key Requirements:

• A degree or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture.

• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).

• Strong experience in landscape planning, including LVIAs, feasibility studies, and design reports.

• Proven track record in the energy and residential sectors.

• Exceptional technical report writing and project management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage projects strategically.

• Effective organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
