Senior Travel Consultant

Description:

BCD Travel, a global leader in travel management, is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to support Airbus Europe. This role provides the opportunity to work remotely or from a BCD office in various European locations, offering flexibility and the chance to engage with a leading client in the travel sector.

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will:

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for clients.

• Provide expert consultation aligned with client travel policies.

• Fulfill requests regarding travel regulations and industry requirements.

• Advise clients on low fares, exchange costs, penalties, and other travel details.

• Review operational processes and client relationships to suggest improvements.

• Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry and supported regions.

About You:
The ideal candidate has extensive travel agent experience, strong knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and processes, advanced GDS Amadeus skills, and excellent communication skills in English and an additional language (German, French, or Spanish).
