Job Summary:

As a Senior/Lead Product Manager – Fiat Experience, you will drive global payment rail expansion and anti-fraud practices, ensuring a top-tier deposit and withdrawal experience for both fiat and crypto transactions. This role involves strategy development, payment UX optimization, risk management, and partnership building with financial institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Expand fiat payment capabilities, allowing global users to deposit, withdraw, and transact in local currencies
✅ Optimize payment UX and conversion rates for seamless transactions
✅ Manage relationships with banks and payment gateways worldwide
✅ Work with brokerage teams to enable trading in local currencies
✅ Develop an industry-leading anti-fraud strategy by collaborating with industry experts
✅ Implement fraud detection systems using machine learning, advanced analytics, and real-time monitoring
✅ Analyze fraud trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective action plans
✅ Collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, and compliance teams for fraud prevention solutions
✅ Work with external vendors to enhance security measures against fraud
✅ Manage multiple product roadmaps, ensuring timely feature releases

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in payments and fraud
✔ Strong knowledge of payment rails (Cards, ACH, Apple Pay, SEPA, Faster Payments, etc.)
✔ Experience supporting new currencies or rails in a global fintech environment
✔ Hands-on experience in risk, fraud prevention, and financial crime mitigation
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data trends
✔ Experience in cross-functional team collaboration across engineering, risk, and compliance
✔ Excellent communication skills for writing feature requirements and stakeholder management
✔ Detail-oriented with a user-centric approach to product design
✔ Proven track record of shipping products in a technical environment
