Description:

As a Service Architect at the University of Warwick, you will be a key player in shaping the future IT service landscape. Your role will involve designing and implementing comprehensive IT service architectures aligned with the university’s strategic objectives. You will have the autonomy to innovate and lead change, balancing strategic vision with hands-on solution development to improve operational efficiency.

You will join a dedicated team passionate about delivering excellent IT services that support students, academics, researchers, and staff. The role will involve working within the Information and Digital Group (IDG), which drives the university’s digital-first culture, innovative digital libraries, advanced data analytics, and immersive remote learning technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of IT service architectures to support strategic goals

  • Translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable IT services

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the university to ensure alignment and success

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within IT service management

  • Foster positive, cross-functional team relationships

  • Support the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performance IT infrastructure and services
