Service Manager

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for service supplier management and make action plans for improving KPI;
  • Contact and cooperate with 2B customer to achieve the specified service requirements;
  • Collect and analyze the voices of national consumers, and be responsible for handling major complainant crisis events.
  • Participate in special projects and/or training when requested and perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor degree or above, in addition of major in communication engineering / electronic or other science and engineering;
  • With minimum of 1 years experiences of service or related in 3C business;
  • A good team player and be dedicated to work, good at communication/organizing and cooperation;
  • Have clear logical sense, with good executive ability and ability to push and solve problems.
  • Language skills: English & Chinese, able to communicate both verbal & writing.
