What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing key distribution centre activities including packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfilment
- Managing customer order shipments and resolving any fulfilment issues
- Leading inventory control processes and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and equipment standards
- Producing operational reports and analysing productivity metrics
- Driving process improvements and supporting strategic initiatives
- Leading and developing a team of experienced professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading teams in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, and quality control
- Confidence in making decisions, solving problems, and driving operational improvements
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly
- Experience working with compliance standards (ISO, ESD, etc.) is a plus
