Preferably, candidates should be able to communicate in English and Cantonese, with respective experience desirable. On-the-job training is provided with the chance to gain industry specialized certificates (barista and coffee roasting certificates, responsible service of alcohol, hygiene certificates) and learn cutting edge skills; butchery, sausage, hamburger and bread making!
