Oceana Construction, a reputable name in both residential and commercial construction, is seeking a Finishing Site Manager for its project site in Crumlin, Northern Ireland. The company is well-recognized for delivering exceptional outcomes across a diverse portfolio, including cut-and-carve renovations and new-build developments.

As the Finishing Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the construction site, particularly focusing on the finishing phase of the project. The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for detail, ensuring a high-quality finish and timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all site activities related to the finishing stage of the project

• Ensure full adherence to project specifications, deadlines, and safety protocols

• Work closely with the contracts manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades

• Maintain high standards of quality control and site presentation

• Enforce health and safety procedures across the site

• Ensure that snagging, detailing, and final handovers are completed to high standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience managing finishing works on construction sites

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict timelines

• Possession of a CSR Manager's card or SMSTS qualification is essential

• Immediate availability preferred
