Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to optimize our cloud and web release cycles
- Work closely with our engineering teams to understand business requirements and build the necessary infrastructure to support them
- Ensure operational aspects are considered in the day-to-day engineering work
- Monitor, improve, and maintain the availability, resiliency, and scalability of every component in our Microservices architecture
- Support product teams with solutions based on Autodesk standards and industry compliance programs such as SOC2 and FedRAMP
- Work with peer Site Reliability Engineers across the world, strive toward teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographic regions.
- L3 on-call responsibilities for our cloud products and services
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a DevOps / SRE role
- Good experience in software projects through the complete software product/development lifecycle
- Experience with AWS serverless technologies, e.g., Lambda, Fargate, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Serverless Framework)
- Experience in designing and building CI/CD pipelines and working with common CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker)
- Experience with Docker and maintaining applications deployed to Docker-based environments (e.g., AWS ECS)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace, CatchPoint)
- Experience with Git and GitHub
- Excellent interpersonal skills, eager to learn and share their knowledge
- Good self-management skills and the ability to track and prioritise multiple tasks coming in simultaneously
