Social Impact And Sustainability Manager

In this role You will lead our social impact and sustainability efforts across Britain - applying your passion, knowledge, and network to take our work to the next level.

You’ll blend an ability to oversee our flagship hunger relief programmes and act as a local champion on sustainability with commercial nous to guide our retail social impact partnerships and a strong desire to tell our story externally.

• Demonstrable experience of creating, leading and delivering a range of community impact and sustainability initiatives in the UK
• The ability to partner with commercial colleagues and an appreciation for the practical application for social impact and sustainability work within a commercial setting
• Comfortable being a bit of an all-rounder. Leading a strategy one minute, execution the next and then at home talking to a schoolteacher about our breakfast club.
• A strong external network across the UK
• Solid project management skills
• Exceptional influencing skills
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and at times with incomplete information
