💻⚙️Tech info:

• The roles are backend leaning but you will touch the frontend too so full stack experience is preferred
• "The Rails Way" - Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus, Postgres, AWS. React Native for mobile (experience not required)
• AI (Claude code) is used on a daily basis to support development and productivity
• All of the engineers bring a product/ user mindset. There is only 1 dedicated product manager in the business
• They're looking to hire people who are very happy to stay hands-on as an individual contributor right now

💷📈 Salary, team info and benefits:

• £70 - 100k depending on experience PLUS meaningful equity in a business showing great early signs of success
• Join a tech team of approx 25 people (17 Engineers with Ruby skills). The company is around 35 individuals
• Female founded business. The other founder is highly technical and very fond of Ruby on Rails
• AI forward company constantly exploring how AI can support development, without disregarding the need for human judgement and expertise
• Flexitime, hybrid working (remote 2 days per week), 25 holiday days + bank hols, and more

Interview process:

• Technical interview (remote)
