Solicitor

Description:

You’ll manage your own caseload across a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, property litigation, and contentious probate. There’s also the chance to assist on larger director led matters and support junior team members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running your own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Working with a mix of individuals, companies, trusts and charities.
• Representing clients in court, mediation and negotiations.
• Drafting legal documents and working closely with counsel.
• Contributing to business development and the supervision of juniors.

What you’ll need:

• You'll be a qualified solicitor with atleast 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• You'll be able to confidently and independently manage your own caseload from start to finish.
• A commercial, client-focused approach.
