We're looking for skilled, motivated CNC Laser Operators who take pride in their work and want to be part of an ambitious, forward-thinking manufacturing team.

THE ROLE

You'll be working with advanced CNC laser cutting equipment in a modern, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We're looking for someone who can:

✅ Operate CNC laser cutting machinery safely and efficiently

✅ Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings

✅ Produce high-quality, precision-cut components

✅ Maintain excellent quality and safety standards

✅ Work as part of a driven and supportive production team

✅ Demonstrate flexibility with overtime and regular Saturday shifts

Experience with Bystronic machinery would be a big advantage, but it's not essential.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Minimum 2 years' CNC laser operating experience

✔️ Strong understanding of engineering drawings

✔️ Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship

✔️ A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic

✔️ Good English communication skills
