Unity Advisory, a next-generation advisory firm purpose-built for the AI-enabled world, is seeking an experienced and technically astute Finance Systems Solutions Architect to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives. This hybrid role, based in London, offers the opportunity to work in a lean, agile, and conflict-free consulting environment with no audit practice, enabling a 100% focus on value creation for clients.

As a Solutions Architect, you will design comprehensive cloud-based financial systems for clients transitioning from legacy platforms. Your core mandate will be to lead the development of integrated enterprise solutions encompassing ERP, EPM, procurement, billing, expenses, and order management. This strategic position requires strong technical acumen, deep finance domain knowledge, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-based finance technology architectures across ERP, EPM, procurement, billing, and order management systems

• Define optimal migration strategies from legacy on-premise systems to platforms such as Microsoft, SAP public cloud, Workday, or NetSuite

• Lead end-to-end solution design and integration efforts in large-scale cloud transformation programs

• Align architectural frameworks and governance models with long-term business and IT strategies

• Translate complex business needs into implementable architecture and roadmaps

• Ensure seamless system integration, data migration, and performance optimization

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 7 years of experience in ERP/EPM systems architecture or finance transformation

• Demonstrated leadership in cloud transformation projects across major platforms

• In-depth knowledge of key finance functions such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, FP&A, and billing

• Proficient in designing enterprise integration strategies within hybrid or multi-cloud environments

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

• Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent are highly advantageous
