Main Responsibilities:

Assist and lead as part of the “account team”, our sales, customer success, and project teams to help identify and qualify new opportunities, answer RFP/RFIs, prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations as well as, where appropriate, scope and deliver proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.

Act as the technical authority for customer engagements and opportunities, assisting with pre-sales enquires, solution architecture and even pricing delivery effort or solutions - working with our delivery and support teams to ensure solutions have end-to-end business support throughout the customer’s transformational journey.

Build rapport with both colleagues, our customers and Microsoft in achieving the business goals of the customer while helping Cisilion acquire new customers and grow our recognised consumption of services across our client base.

Help to create customer and sales-facing content for sales enablement and marketing as needed.

Run or host customer workshops, and webinars as needed or as part of sales engagement.

Retain and develop technical and sales facing knowledge of the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security solutions and work with peers and management to continue develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

To influence and develop new business into existing accounts.

 

Key Skills

  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong knowledge and consulting experience across Microsoft 365 technology suite including core E5 workloads and modern device management.
  • Understanding of hybrid, cloud-native and cross-tenant environments as well as migrations/mergers/de-mergers.

Security Expertise:

  • Understanding of core Zero Trust security principles
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft security portfolio, within the E5 security suite, including Threat, Data, and Identity Protection within Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Awareness of security compliance practices and data protection.

Consultancy Skills:

  • Minimum two (2) years pre-sales experience for a Microsoft Partner.
  • Experience interacting with clients, listening to their challenges, and scoping customised solutions.
  • Experience conducting workshops, demonstrations, and technical webinars.
