We're looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Sous Chef to join our amazing team at our venue just outside Leicester, where fresh beer, delicious food, and good company come together.

You’ll work alongside our Kitchen Manager, running the kitchen when they’re not there and making sure our standards stay sky-high. From training the team and sharing menu ideas, to keeping everything spotless and producing top-quality food - no two days are the same.
