Kids at Play Therapy Services is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Speech Pathologists to join their dynamic allied health team in Ipswich. As part of a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants, you will deliver high-quality therapy services to children and families. Your role will involve both clinic-based and outreach services, with a strong focus on professional development and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy interventions tailored to the needs of children and families.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care plans.

  • Participate in a structured onboarding program, starting with intensive training and shadowing.

  • Gradually build a manageable caseload while receiving ongoing mentorship and supervision.

  • Contribute to creating a playful yet professional environment that fosters growth for both clients and team members.

  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending in-house and external training opportunities.
