Description:
We are looking for candidates that have a suitable engineering degree Meng / BEng in civil or structural engineering with 2 years or more experience.
Job overview:
- Creating detailed technical drawings and building models in 2D and 3D
- Produce plans, sections elevations from the models to communicate the structural design
- Use Building Information Modelling to integrate the structural design with the architecture and building services to provide a coordinated design
- Use of online document systems
- Conduct site visits and surveys
About you:
- Ideally HNC / HND in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Ability to liaise with clients and contractors
- Proficient AutoCAD user with experience in other design packages including Revit
- Broad technical knowledge in structural detailing
- 3D modelling, BIM and architectural visualization skills
- RC detailing experience is beneficial
- Motivated individual able to work as part of a team
- Strong communication, analysis and technical design skills
