Survey Data Manager

Description:

We are currently partnering with a leading property consultancy, who are recruiting for a Survey Data Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to be a property consultancy with a national reach, offering building consultancy, commercial, planning and residential property services to clients across the UK.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Performing quality assurance on survey data from multiple projects across the UK, ensuring all project surveyors are completing reports to meet clients’ standards
• Ensuring data is adapt to take account of statutory and regulatory requirements and being shared across Property Services to drive investment decisions and service improvement
• Utilise solid understanding of different client databases, including Keystone, APEX, Northgate etc
• Assisting surveyors with iPad queries and using expertise to ensure smooth running of programmes

Experience required:

• Surveying & housing background
• Experience using client databases which could include Keystone, Northgate, Apex & MRI Assets

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Highly organised
• Excellent IT skills & knowledge
