Description:

Robert Walters is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Coordinator for a 3-month temporary contract based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment operations professional to join a globally recognized organization known for its collaborative and supportive culture.

The role will focus on managing day-to-day talent acquisition processes, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and mentoring junior team members such as interns or temporary staff. As a TA Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining recruitment activities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy across systems and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own workload while mentoring and guiding temporary staff and interns

  • Collaborate with risk and audit teams to support compliance and process alignment

  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Consolidate and drive process improvement initiatives across TA operations

  • Provide high-quality support for talent management systems and resolve system-related issues

  • Ensure best practices are applied consistently across all recruitment processes

  • Conduct meticulous audits of recruitment files and flag discrepancies for resolution

  • Perform end-to-end administrative tasks, including job postings, scheduling, and onboarding documentation

  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews as part of the broader recruitment process

Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or HR operations in a fast-paced environment

  • Minimum secondary school certification or equivalent qualification

  • Proven ability to mentor junior staff and provide operational support

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to multitask while maintaining precision

  • Experience in supporting audit and compliance functions is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with talent management or HR systems is advantageous

  • Meticulous attention to detail when handling recruitment data and documentation

  • Proven ability to execute administrative tasks efficiently across the recruitment lifecycle
