Description:
Robert Walters is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Coordinator for a 3-month temporary contract based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment operations professional to join a globally recognized organization known for its collaborative and supportive culture.
The role will focus on managing day-to-day talent acquisition processes, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and mentoring junior team members such as interns or temporary staff. As a TA Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining recruitment activities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy across systems and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own workload while mentoring and guiding temporary staff and interns
Collaborate with risk and audit teams to support compliance and process alignment
Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Consolidate and drive process improvement initiatives across TA operations
Provide high-quality support for talent management systems and resolve system-related issues
Ensure best practices are applied consistently across all recruitment processes
Conduct meticulous audits of recruitment files and flag discrepancies for resolution
Perform end-to-end administrative tasks, including job postings, scheduling, and onboarding documentation
Screen candidates and schedule interviews as part of the broader recruitment process
Candidate Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or HR operations in a fast-paced environment
Minimum secondary school certification or equivalent qualification
Proven ability to mentor junior staff and provide operational support
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills, able to multitask while maintaining precision
Experience in supporting audit and compliance functions is highly preferred
Familiarity with talent management or HR systems is advantageous
Meticulous attention to detail when handling recruitment data and documentation
Proven ability to execute administrative tasks efficiently across the recruitment lifecycle
What’s Offered:

Competitive daily rate of £150/day (equivalent to approx. £3300/month)
