A global fintech organisation that connects investors and business leaders wih the knowledge to succeed is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join the team!
You will champion the brand across universities, candidates and the global market increase awareness through events, strategic outreach and candidate experience. You will manage key relationships with stakeholders, manage the full recruitment process including screening and interview candidates, through to offer stage and onboarding of new starter
TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE ROLE:
- Taking ownership of end to end graduate pipelines and hiring target attainment
- Evaluating potential third party partnerships across campus, societies and job platforms, building highly effective working relationships with external partners to source high quality candidates for language-specific requisitions within European offices
- Executing on tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates through proactive initiatives
- Screening applicants and conducting first round interviews to determine candidate viability and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
- Supporting candidates through the hiring process and delivering offer and keep warm activities
- Maintaining applicant tracking data and reporting on hiring results and recruitment metrics, helping shape and implement the team’s regional recruitment strategy
- Working effectively with a team of Recruitment Coordinators to deliver a first class candidate experience
TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE ESSENTIALS:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in corporate recruitment, campus recruitment, agency or executive search
- Fluent in English and business level proficiency in French, German, Dutch, Swedish or any Nordic language
- Organised and proactive
- Bachelor’s degree
