Description:

Due to growth at Convergix Automation UK, we are looking for a highly organised, people focussed administrator to join our HR team. Your primary focus will be supporting with talent resourcing, interviewing and onboarding as we grow our team of highly technical personnel.

What will a typical day look like?

Recruitment And Selection
 

  • Managing and screening candidate applications, creating shortlists and coordinating interviews
  • Headhunting and sourcing candidates, being proactive in developing talent pipelines in our applicant tracking system for upcoming resource requirements.
  • Posting and managing job openings via our applicant tracking system and external job boards.
  • Working closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to improve on recruitment KPIs and enhance candidate experience.
  • Keep detailed records and information on sourced talent in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Conducting phone screens for sourced talent and presenting qualified individuals to Talent Acquisition or the Hiring Manager.
  • Work within a broader Talent Acquisition global team
     

Human Resource Administrative Support
 

  • Coordinating employee onboarding, including organising paperwork and inductions, and supporting employees during their probationary period - ensuring a smooth transition into the role and company.
  • Coordinating probationary reviews between new employees and their managers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Preparing and managing HR documents, including employment contracts
  • Supporting with employee event organisation and company communications
  • Supporting with general HR duties and projects as required
     

What will you bring to the role?
 

  • Experience in a customer service or sales-based role OR a HR or Recruitment Administrator role
  • The ability to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner
  • Confident using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • The ability to multi-task, and maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • It is highly beneficial if you have experience or a qualification in Human Resources, or alternatively and Engineering based subject
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – experience in influencing without authority – ability to speak to all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
