We are looking for multidisciplinary sector specialist Technical Leaders in alignment with the new Clients and Markets operating model. The Technical Leader for Clients & Markets role is a fundamental part of the Laing O'Rourke team that works in the project lifecycle prior to main contract award under the new Clients & Markets Operating Model. They will bring their multi-discipline Technical expertise, sector specific knowledge and people leadership to help deliver the 3 strategic objectives of:
 

• Industry Influence Deliver on our Clients & Markets business plan and objectives while maximising return on investment. We are client centric, seeking to influence a sustainable industry and grow next generation solutions.
• Bid Excellence Improve bid success rate through leading and managing a team to deliver certainty through Technical innovation and excellence.
• PCSA Leadership Enable a world class set up for success at the start of the PCSA phase to ensure that the bid win strategy is embedded and maintained and will transition successfully into Delivery.
