As the founding Manager, you will work closely with GCDA’s existing team to shape the systems, the team, and the programme — from pulling pints and booking pop-ups, to forging local partnerships and ensuring everyone is welcome.

· Someone who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders.

· With a knowledge of creating inclusive, welcoming spaces

· Has a good knowledge of Southeast London

· An experienced bar manager
