My client are a boutique talent acquisition consultancy specialising in the recruitment of best talent across the entire spectrum of hedge fund investment management strategies. This includes quantitative/systematic investing to fundamental/discretionary trading and portfolio management. The role is placing High level I.T Tech candidates into Hedgefunds, therefore having the ability to converse with candidates at senior level is important, however ongoing training is part of the role. CPD.
