We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading UK tour operator specialising in holidays across North America and Canada. This is a fully remote position for an experienced travel consultant who knows these destinations inside out and thrives on creating unforgettable journeys for their clients.

If you’re confident using a GDS to book flights, enjoy building long-term relationships, and want to work with a friendly, high-performing team selling an outstanding product, this role could be perfect for you.

North America / Canada Travel Consultant – what will I be doing?

• Designing bespoke holidays throughout the USA and Canada, using your destination knowledge to craft memorable itineraries.
• Converting enquiries into bookings by listening carefully, advising with confidence, and delivering a truly personal service.
• Managing the full sales cycle – from first enquiry through to after-sales care.
• Building strong relationships with both direct customers and trade partners.
• Using a GDS system to quote and book flights as part of your packages.
• Working with energy, focus, and enthusiasm to exceed your targets.

North America / Canada Travel Consultant – what experience do I need?

• Proven experience selling holidays to North America and/or Canada.
• Confident user of a GDS (ideally Galileo) for flight bookings.
• A strong sales record with the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a customer-first approach.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for travel and a love for helping people discover new places.
