As a Travel Consultant, you will help clients turn their dream trips into reality by providing expert travel advice, designing bespoke itineraries, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and create personalized itineraries.

• Provide expert travel advice based on extensive travel knowledge and experience.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations at every stage.

• Work towards sales targets with access to an uncapped incentive scheme.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Well-travelled with extensive personal travel experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client rapport.

• Sales or customer service background is advantageous.

• Passion for travel and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.

• Confidence in working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
