Pure Search is delighted to partner with a diversified international group on a confidential search for a Corporate Treasury Analyst / Senior Treasury Analyst. Based in London, this role provides an exceptional opportunity to contribute to strategic treasury operations within a complex, fast-paced global environment.

This high-impact role is ideal for a driven and analytical treasury professional looking to step into a position that supports board-level decisions and leads critical treasury initiatives, including process automation and potential implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Flow & Reporting: Manage cash flow forecasting and produce accurate, timely treasury reports to support business strategy.

  • Cash Management: Monitor daily global cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity across accounts.

  • Foreign Exchange & Risk Management: Support execution of FX trades and hedging strategies to manage currency and interest rate risks.

  • Debt & Credit Facilities: Administer credit facilities, oversee covenant compliance, and support debt servicing schedules.

  • Securitisation: Assist with the structuring, analysis, and reporting of securitisation transactions to enhance liquidity and manage financial exposure.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with external banking and regulatory partners.

  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to automate, streamline, and enhance treasury workflows and reporting tools.

  • Project Support: Contribute to major treasury projects, including potential TMS implementation and operational transformation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong academic background with a treasury or accounting qualification (part-qualified acceptable).

  • 2–4 years of experience in a corporate treasury role, preferably within a C&I environment.

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills.

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

  • Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
