TRIBE, the UK’s most innovative natural energy brand, is offering a dynamic 3-month internship for driven individuals passionate about health, fitness, adventure, and start-up culture. Based in London at the TRIBE HQ, this role provides hands-on exposure across both Sales and Operations, working alongside the brand’s vibrant 10-person team.

As a TRIBE Intern, you will gain a 360° view of a high-growth consumer brand, contributing to real-world projects and initiatives that directly impact the business. Whether it’s meeting store managers, organizing pop-up events, handling customer queries, or supporting logistics, this internship is a full-spectrum learning opportunity in a mission-driven, adventure-fuelled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Outreach to new and potential stockists, especially independent stores.

• Support sales team in managing the sales lead pipeline.

• Assist in developing and growing relationships with current customers.

• Conduct in-store visits to optimize merchandising and brand presence.

• Analyze weekly sales performance and generate reports.

• Represent TRIBE at samplings, expos, and community events.

Operations Support

• Liaise with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure timely delivery.

• Contribute to stock demand planning and forecasting.

• Support new product launches with detailed supply chain coordination.

• Handle customer service queries with excellence and empathy.

• Assist in enhancing sustainability across operations.
