Trusts And Foundations Manager

Description:

HARP Southend, a leading homeless charity, is looking for an experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role involves securing funding from Trusts, Foundations, and grant-making bodies to support HARP’s projects and services.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to fundraise for well-established initiatives, manage existing donors, and secure new funding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & identify funding opportunities from Trusts and Foundations.
• Develop & submit high-quality funding proposals and grant applications.
• Maintain & cultivate relationships with existing and potential funders.
• Ensure compliance with funding agreements, including monitoring expenditure & project delivery.
• Prepare impact reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of funded initiatives.
• Proactively seek new funding opportunities that align with HARP’s mission.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in trusts, foundations, and grant fundraising.
• Strong ability to write compelling proposals and reports.
• Excellent research and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze funding trends and identify new opportunities.
