As a Valuation Survey Coordinator, you can expect to…
 

• Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to Estate Agents, vendors, tenants and property developers.
• Arrange appointments for our surveyors to complete property valuations and surveys.
• Manage customers’ expectations thoroughly throughout all processes.
• Manage queries in relation to appointments.
• Handle computer-based tasks and data entry responsibilities, ensuring all information inputted onto the system is completed with high levels of accuracy.
• Build and maintain good relationships with all customers both internal and external.
