Warehouse Assistants

Description:

Work closely with Goods In and the Sales team to complete a diverse range of tasks ensuring that the warehouse remains organised, runs efficiently and meets our health and safety standards at all times.

• Assisting transport, unloading vehicles and checking in products/materials timely and efficiently.
• Preparing orders by processing requests, collating orders, packing boxes and transporting packages to the transport section.
• Sorting and placing warehouse items with a forklift truck, as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintaining inventory controls.
• Preparing goods for delivery.
• Directing the loading and unloading trucks and vans with a forklift truck in line with health & safety procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting all activities and discussions.
• Maintaining warehouse and department tidiness/recycling as appropri
