Currently, Mabey Hire Ltd seeks a Yard Operative at their Hatfield depot to support the growing operations team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for candidates to upskill and develop within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load vehicles according to picking lists and authorized documentation to ensure accurate delivery of fleet items

• Unload and segregate incoming equipment, verifying goods accuracy

• Record load receipts from returns or supplier deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations during loading, unloading, and stock movement

• Inspect equipment for damage in line with the quality manual to ensure it is fit for purpose

• Operate vehicles and work equipment to complete daily tasks within set timescales

Requirements:

• Experience in an operative role

• FLT (Forklift Truck) licence preferred but not essential

• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential

• Good general health

• Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests

Interview Process:
