Azets is offering an Accountancy Graduate position starting in December 2025 in Newbury, UK. This hybrid role provides graduates with structured support, hands-on experience, and opportunities to develop accounting, tax, and advisory skills under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

Graduates will join the Accounts & Business Advisory Services (ABAS) team, where they will support clients with compliance, statutory accounts, tax returns, and advisory projects. The role emphasizes developing technical accounting and tax skills, communication, teamwork, and client care. Training also includes technology toolkits, cloud and AI-enhanced solutions, and collaboration with Azets’ strategic technology partners.

Initial responsibilities include preparing statutory accounts and tax returns, supporting compliance and regulatory filings, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities, assisting with advisory projects, and collaborating within a supportive team environment.

Candidates should have the right to work in the UK and hold a minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree. Qualification pathways include ACA (England & Wales) or ICAS (Scotland). The programme values inclusivity and diversity.
