Aesthetic Therapist

Description:

Dr. Nancy London Aesthetics Clinic and Training Academy, a respected and HIW-registered clinic with a reputation for delivering high-quality non-surgical cosmetic treatments and professional education, is seeking a talented Aesthetic Practitioner for its Cardiff location.

This is a freelance, part-time position (initially 1–2 days/week) offering an exciting opportunity to provide advanced cosmetic treatments while also contributing to the training academy—making it ideal for practitioners interested in both clinical aesthetics and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional consultations and perform non-surgical treatments, including:

  • Laser Hair Removal (Candela)

  • HIFU

  • Microneedling

  • Chemical Peels

  • Hydrafacial

  • RF Microneedling

  • Fat Freezing

  • Injectables (desirable)

• Design individualized treatment plans and ensure proper post-treatment care

• Adhere to all safety protocols and clinical standards

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert advice and support

• Optionally contribute to training sessions for aspiring aesthetic practitioners (desirable)

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or above

• At least 2 years of experience in aesthetic treatments

• Deep knowledge of skin anatomy and treatment mechanisms

• Passion for education and client care

• A proactive, professional attitude with strong communication skills
