What You’ll Own

• Design, build, and optimise user journeys across the customer lifecycle
• Improve GTM workflows across marketing, sales, customer success, onboarding, product engagement, and retention
• Research customer journeys, competitor approaches, funnel performance, conversion points, and friction areas
• Use AI tools, especially Claude, to accelerate research, workflow design, analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and experimentation
• Build and improve internal systems, automations, processes, templates, dashboards, and workflows
• Identify where users are dropping off, getting confused, or failing to take the next step
• Work with internal tools and data to support campaigns, sales activity, customer onboarding, product usage, and customer success
• Document findings, processes, experiments, recommendations, and best practices
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve how we attract, engage, onboard, support, and grow customers
