Description:
Omio is evolving into an AI-native organization, embedding AI across Product, Technology, Operations, People, and Corporate functions.
Drive end-to-end AI enablement and adoption across Omio by equipping teams and leaders with the skills, confidence, and practical tools to use AI responsibly and effectively in their daily work.
You will act as the central point of contact for AI enablement, translating AI capabilities into real business impact through learning, coaching, use-case enablement, and change execution.
This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and partners closely with the Product, Tech, Data and all Corporate functions.
