🚀 Fortinet is Hiring Technical Account Managers (TAMs) Across Europe

Fortinet is growing its Technical Account Management team and we're looking for experienced networking and security professionals to support our premium customers across Europe.

As a Technical Account Manager you'll be the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers. This role combines technical support and account management, helping customers resolve complex technical issues while building strong relationships and driving long-term success.

What we're looking for:
✅ Previous post-sales support / TAC experience
✅ Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills
✅ Solid networking and network security background
✅ Experience with L2, L3 & L4 networking, routing, switching and troubleshooting
✅ Strong knowledge of VPN technologies and protocols
✅ Local language plus business-level English
✅ Experience with Fortinet is beneficial but not essential. We welcome candidates with other vendor experience
✅ Office-based 4 days per week (9am-6pm) with 1 flexible day
✅ No shift work or on-call requirements
✅ Must have the right to work in the country of hire (no visa sponsorship available)
